Education

Alessio Baracco graduated in Politics from the University of Padua with a thesis on Cooperation among industrial companies in the European Community. He continued his education by completing several advanced courses, including English for Law & International Transaction, at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, an Advanced Program in Legal & Business Practice at the University of Oxford and Real estate expropriation and its competent professionals at the University of Padua.

Notably, the highlights of Mr Baracco’s academic achievements include the 2nd level Master’s Degree in Management and re-use of assets and companies confiscated from the “Pio La Torre” mafias obtained at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna with a thesis entitled The certification of prevention; the training course on Management of the over-indebtedness crisis organised by ISV GROUP in collaboration with the IUL Telematic University of Florence; Master’s Degree in Social Foresight from the University of Trento with a thesis entitled Market Leadership in times of Coronavirus; PhD XXXVI° CYCLE from the University of Padua.

Teaching

In the academic field, he teaches training courses in tax and legal subjects, and has taught at the Chamber of Commerce of Padua – Fondazione Centro Informazioni Ricerche and Studi CIR of Padua – NEXT S.r.l./ASCOM of Padua; Ca’ Foscari University of Venice – Department of Management – on the topic False accounting; Ca’ Foscari University of Venice – Department of Management – on the topic The duties of the corporate Auditing structure and the role of the Supervisory Body.

Career

Since 1983 he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Padua.
He immediately started his professional activity also in the field of labour relations, social and welfare legislation.

At the Civil and Criminal Court of Padua:

His profession

For over forty years Dr. Alessio Baracco has worked alongside businesses in the fields of economics, law and corporate finance in the development of strategic, industrial and economic-financial plans, and in the evaluation of companies, corporate groups, tangible and intangible assets and complex investment projects. He accompanies entrepreneurs and managers in the processes of corporate governance reorganisation, tax planning and M&A operations for acquisitions and mergers. He specialises in providing assistance for ordinary and special finance transactions, “pre-judicial” and “judicial” interventions, corporate restructuring/reorganization activities, activities aimed at the internationalization of companies and providing advice on tax litigation.
